Returns

Our online store goldinga.lt offers special conditions for returning products—customers can return all items within 30 days from the date of purchase without providing a reason! This is our biggest advantage over physical stores, where the option to return items is not available (according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania). We provide the opportunity to responsibly review the product and return it if there is a defect!

Return Conditions:

The product must be in its original packaging, in good, unused condition, the label must not be damaged, the protective film must not be torn, and the product must be in the same configuration as presented to the buyer, with the warranty card returned (if issued). The product must be ready for sale.

The buyer must deliver the returned product to the following address: Rotušės a. 5, Kretinga 97140.

Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the specified bank account within 5 days of receiving the product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items that are customized according to the specifications of the order cannot be returned.

Warranties

The store goldinga.lt provides a warranty for the products, the conditions of which are specified in the product description or warranty card. If the product does not have a warranty, the warranty established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania applies.
