If you have decided that you no longer wish to use our online store, we offer several methods for you to delete your user account. Please note that once the account is deleted, you will lose access to your order history, accumulated loyalty points, and other data associated with your account.
Log in to your account
- Open our online store and click on the login button.
- Enter your email address and password to access your personal account.
Go to “My Account” or “Personal Information”
- After logging in, click on the menu item for your profile – it might be called “My Account,” “My Data,” or something similar.
- In some PrestaShop 1.8 templates, this menu may be located at the top right of the screen or in a dedicated side panel.
Find the account deletion feature
- In the opened menu, look for a link labeled “Delete Account,” “Remove User Profile,” or “Request Data Deletion.”
- After clicking on this link, you will be redirected to a confirmation page.
Confirm your intention
- When deleting your account, you may be required to re-enter your password or click a confirmation button. This is done to ensure that it is really you who is deleting the account.
- Once you confirm the deletion, your account will be removed from our system along with all personal data.
Wait for confirmation
- After successfully deleting your account, you will usually receive an email confirming that your account and associated data have been deleted.
- If you do not receive this email after some time, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Contact customer service (if necessary)
- If you cannot find the account deletion button or encounter any other difficulties, please contact our customer service department.
- Provide the email address you used when registering and indicate that you wish to delete your account.
Important note regarding data protection
Once your account is deleted, all your personal data will no longer be available in our system, and you will not be able to recover your account history. This action is final, so we recommend saving any data you may need (e.g., invoices or order numbers) before deleting your account.
